Sometimes issues with processing and transmitting transactions can arise from high latency, or other conditions on your network.
That type of an issue is out of scope for our support team. If that may be your case, you can to reach out to your IT team and/or ISP to diagnose and resolve the latency problem. You could also run a speed test on your network or bring the device to an alternate network, comparing the results and tests to provide additional insight.
