Adding UPC Barcodes Follow
To start using your barcode scanner, you will need to assign the barcodes to the UPC field of each product in your inventory.
To add a UPC to a product, follow these steps:
- Plug the barcode scanner into your computer with the USB port.
- Log in to the uAccept cloud portal as an administrator.
- From the Products tab, select Inventory.
- Add the product if you haven't already or select the Edit Product icon for the product in question.
- Click the UPC field, then scan the barcode of the item. This will cause the field to auto-populate with the correct numbers for the barcode.
- Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Save.
- Repeat steps 4 - 6 for each item.
