uAccept Reports

This article provides a list of the reports available in uAccept, along with a brief description and a link to the full article for each.

Reports on the uAccept cloud portal

Report scheduler - The Report Scheduler allows you to schedule and receive generated reports via email.

Liabilities report - The Liabilities Report is a list of customers to whom your business owes store credit.

Stock value report - The Stock Value Report lists all items that are being tracked in inventory and displays the total cost amount for all of those items.

Critical inventory report - The Critical Inventory Report displays quantities of items that are low in inventory. A Critical Inventory list also appears on the Dashboard.

Inventory value report - The Stock Value Report lists all items that are being tracked in inventory and displays the total cost amount for all of those items.

Journal report - The Journal report is a reprint of all transactions since the last till opening. 

Daily (Z tape) report - The Daily Report, or Z-Tape Report, is a summary of sales from the most recent till opening until the most recent till closing.

Transaction report data - The transaction report data allows you to search for transactions using various criterea and view more information about an individual transaction from the list of search results.

Profit/loss (gross margin) report - The Profit/Loss Report is a summary of your sales profit by category, subcategory, and product. The Profit/Loss Report also displays total sales by user. 

Reports on the uAccept POS

Journal report - The Journal report is a reprint of all transactions since the last till opening. The Journal report can be printed directly from the device when you close the till.

Shift (X tape) report - The Shift Report, or X-Tape Report, is a summary of sales since the last till opening. Shift Report data is based on transactions from the time the till was opened until the time the report is run.

Daily (Z tape) report - The Daily Report, or Z-Tape Report, is a summary of sales from the most recent till opening until the most recent till closing. The Z-Tape Report can be printed directly from the device when you close the till.
