Critical inventory report

The Critical Inventory Report displays quantities of items that are low in inventory. A Critical Inventory list also appears on the Dashboard.

To display the Critical Inventory Report, select Critical Inventory from the Reports menu. You can filter results by selecting the category and subcategory from the drop-down menu to the left of the Search field. You can also narrow your search by selecting Tracking, Archived, Alerts, and All from the drop-down menu on the right.

You can choose how to display the list by clicking the arrows next to the column headers. For example, you can click the Quantity arrows to display the items from largest to smallest quantity. If you click the Quantity arrows a second time, the items will display from smallest to largest quantity.
